Zoho Analytics Reporter
We are looking for a talented and experienced Zoho Analytics Report and Dashboard Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating insightful reports, dynamic pivot tables, and interactive dashboards using Zoho Analytics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in leveraging Zoho Analytics features to deliver data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Report Development:
- Design and develop custom reports in Zoho Analytics based on business requirements.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data to ensure accurate and relevant information is presented in reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Pivot Table Creation:
- Build dynamic pivot tables to analyze and summarize large datasets effectively.
- Implement calculated fields and custom formulas to derive meaningful insights from the data.
- Optimize pivot table performance for faster data analysis.
- Dashboard Creation:
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
- Combine multiple reports and pivot tables into cohesive dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of key metrics.
- Implement interactive elements and drill-down functionalities for enhanced user experience.
- Data Visualization:
- Utilize Zoho Analytics’ visualization tools to present data in an easy-to-understand format.
- Choose appropriate chart types and visualization techniques based on the nature of the data.
- Ensure consistency in data representation across reports and dashboards.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to navigate and interpret reports and dashboards.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions related to Zoho Analytics reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in report and dashboard development using Zoho Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices.
Skill:
- Proficient in Zoho Analytics, with a focus on report and dashboard creation.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience in designing and optimizing pivot tables.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Zoho Analytics certification.
- Knowledge of other Zoho applications.
- Experience with integrating Zoho Analytics reports and dashboards into other business applications.
